The products on our store have manufacturer’s warranty of at least 1 year from purchase. Generally these warranties cover abnormal wear or breaking, and manufacturing issues that affect the usage of the product, but with some manufacturers the warranty may be broader.
In any case, the first approach is to try and fix the affected product. If repairing the product is not possible, a new one can be sent to you if the product is still available.
