Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to return item(s) for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item(s) must be resellable, unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with all tags in place.

Only a partial refund may be issued in cases such as:
-Any item not in its original condition or packaging
-Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or supplier’s error
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

When returning an item, always pack the item(s) appropriately. Do not stick any labels, stickers, or make markings on the item’s original packaging. This may also cause the refund to be only partial.

Gift cards are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

To issue a return, please contact our customer support and keep your receipt or proof of purchase available.

Alternative program

Taking inspiration from circular economy, we want to offer you an alternative for returns.
If you sell item(s) on your order to a private buyer, both parties will receive coupons to our store as a thank you. Note that after this transaction the item(s) cannot be returned to our store for a refund or exchange.

Coupons:
-Transaction takes place within 3 months after initial delivery: -15%
-Transaction takes place 3-6 months after initial delivery: -10%

The coupon is sent to each individually when the original proof of purchase is presented with details on which item(s) were sold. Any warranty issued by the manufacturer will remain tied to the original proof of purchase. GearGarage.eu is not responsible on the transaction in any other way than what is mentioned above.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be paid via the original payment method.
Since the refunds are processed manually, please allow up to a couple of weeks for the refund to show on your end.

If you have not received the refund after a few weeks, please first check again your bank account, possible payment balance on third-party provider, or your credit card issuer. If the refund is still not showing, please contact us.

Exchanges

We use the same policy for exchanges as for returns. If you wish to exchange a purchased item, please follow the returns policy. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped to you via the original shipping method.

If the returned item, and the item you wish to exchange to, are different price, the remaining amount will be refunded, or billed before shipping.

Shipping

Always use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance when returning item(s). This will minimize the risk of the postal service losing the parcel, and thus making it impossible to process the return.

Use a shipping service that delivers the parcel straight to the recipient. Parcels delivered to a pick-up point may go unnoticed, and thus not received. C.O.D. shipments will not be redeemed by the recipient.
