Shipping and delivery

If the items you have ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped via the chosen shipping method, usually within a couple of working days after successful payment.

The item(s) will be shipped directly from supplier’s stock, so we cannot 100% guarantee availability for the items, even if quantity is positive at the time of order. If an item with positive quantity is not available from supplier, we will contact you via email.

If you want to be sure of an item’s availability before placing an order, please contact our customer service.

When ordering, please also make sure you enter your contact information correctly, and use an international format for your phone number. This will reduce the risk of undelivered parcels.

With shipping methods within Europe in case of an undelivered parcel or uninformed return, we reserve the right to charge 25EUR (80EUR for EMS Parcel) fee for unnecessary environmental impact and restocking.

In case of orders with in-stock and backorder items, we reserve the right to postpone shipping until all items are available.
